This depends on your skin condition and the cause of your symptoms. During a consultation, we assess the skin around the eyes and advise on the most suitable treatment.

Temporary reactions may occur after the treatment. This is normal and part of the natural healing process. PrecautionFor optimal results and a speedy recovery, we recommend the followingguidelines:Do not consume alcohol starting 24 hours before the treatment.If possible, avoid blood-thinning supplements such as omega-3, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, and St. John's wort for a few days prior to treatment.If possible, avoid anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen, naproxen, and other NSAIDs prior to treatment.Never stop taking prescribed medication on your own without consulting your treating physician.Come to the appointment without makeup around the eyes.Avoid intense sun exposure for 7 days prior to the treatment.AftercareAfter the treatment, it is important to take good care of the skin.Use SPF 50 around the eyes daily (Heliocare)Avoid saunas, steam baths, and intense exercise during the first 24 to 48 hours.Avoid strenuous physical activity during the first 24 hours.Do not rub the treated skin.Avoid makeup around the eyes for the first 24 hours.Hydrate the skin according to the recommended home protocol.Avoid active ingredients such as retinol, acids, and scrubs until the skin has fully recovered.Every eye contour is different and requires a personalized approach.
