Return and shipping policy
1. Order Processing
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your parcel.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Professional Skincare
ODA Skin Clinic works exclusively with carefully selected professional skincare brands. Some products, such as Lira Clinical, are available only upon the recommendation of a skin therapist.
Online payment is not available for these products. Following a personal skin consultation or a request submitted through our website, you will receive a payment request if the product is deemed suitable. Your order will then be processed.
As a result, the processing time for these products may differ from our standard delivery times.
3. Delivery Times
Our average delivery times are:

The Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days

Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
Although we make every effort to meet these delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. ODA Skin Clinic depends on the shipping carrier, and any delays are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Current shipping costs are automatically displayed during checkout.
Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly indicated in our webshop.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you have received a damaged product or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via info@odaskinclinic.nl. If possible, include photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label so that we can assess the situation promptly.
We will then work to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
6. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the return meets the conditions set out below.
After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.
7. Return Conditions
A return will only be accepted if:

the product is unused;

the product is unopened;

the original packaging is undamaged;

all supplied accessories are included.
Professional skincare products purchased following a personal skin consultation may only be returned if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
8. Hygiene Products
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Creams

SPF products

Mists

Eye care products

Body care products

Other skincare products
9. LED Masks and Devices
LED masks and other electrical devices may only be returned if:

the product is complete;

the product is undamaged;

the product shows no signs of use;

all accessories are included;
-
the original packaging has been retained.
If a device has been damaged due to improper or careless use, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
10. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that they have been shipped.
The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
11. Exchanges
If you would like to receive a different product, we recommend returning the current product, where possible, and placing a new order.
12. Return Address
Returns may only be sent to the return address provided by ODA Skin Clinic after your return request has been registered.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
