Before Your TreatmentDo not consume alcohol for 24 hours before your treatment.Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 7 days before your treatment.Stop using retinol, acids, and other active exfoliating products 5–7 days before your treatment.Arrive at your appointment with clean skin, free of makeup.Always inform your practitioner of any medications, pregnancy, or breastfeeding prior to your treatment.If possible, avoid anti-inflammatory and blood-thinning medications or supplements for a few days before your treatment.
